Job summary

Siemens Energy in Paris is seeking a Gas Services Sales Operations professional to drive bids across the Nordics and Europe, focusing on pre-sales, contract administration and data-driven decisions using Power BI.

You will develop proposals, bid documents and tender responses, negotiate terms with customers, and maintain CRM records while analyzing key performance metrics. You will collaborate across sales, marketing and technical teams and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in contract management, bid preparation, or sales operations.
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis interest, especially Power BI and Salesforce.
• Fluent in English and comfortable in international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop pre-sales contract strategies with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Structure and prepare proposals, bid documents, and tender responses with accuracy.
• Negotiate contract terms with external customers aligned to business objectives.
• Maintain bids, proposals, and contracts in the CRM and analyze key metrics.
• Contribute to process improvements within the sales operations function.
