Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a BD Strategy Operations & Excellence Lead to drive the GPEI Operations pillar and oversee deal processes, performance frameworks, and executive communications. You will collaborate with senior leaders across R&D, Legal, Finance, and HR to deliver strategic initiatives and transformation projects within Ipsen's Global Partnering organization.

Qualifications

• Business school degree or equivalent with life sciences exposure.
• 10+ years in life sciences, strategy consulting, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the GPEI Operations pillar with autonomy; manage deal processes and dashboards.
• Define governance, KPIs and reporting; ensure alignment with senior leadership.
• Drive transformation projects and strategic initiatives across Ipsen's Global Partnering group.
• Collaborate with R&D, Legal, Finance, HR, and other functions to implement strategy.
