Job summary

FORVIA Lyon seeks a Sales Engineer to develop and manage a portfolio of products for key accounts in the region. You will build relationships with customer contacts, translate technical needs into actionable offers, and drive pricing strategies to win bids.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Programs teams, monitor satisfaction, and contribute to the business plan and RFQ processes for industrial customers in a global mobility technology environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in sales in an industrial B2B environment.
• Strong technical background in Plastics Materials or Automotive Industry.
• Fluent in English with good communication.
• Comfortable with pricing, offers and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop intimacy with customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs).
• Prepare commercial offers and validate pricing and negotiation paths.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and manage orders, terms and invoicing.
• Understand customer requirements and link to Product/Engineering.
• Build and execute long-term account strategy and RFQ responses.
• Lead negotiation and contribute to tender strategies.
