We are currently looking for Brand Managerof West EU, the details Job responsibilities as below:

👤 Who You Are:

Together with the GAC West EU team you will be building the GAC brand from the ground up. The Brand Manager of West EU is responsible for implementing the Brand and marketing strategy in The West EU. As a member of the West EU Team, you will report directly to the West EU GM.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

1 Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Define brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging framework
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (online and offline)

2 Integrated Marketing Campaigns

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and brand-building initiatives
• Coordinate ATL/BTL activities, digital marketing, media planning, and PR strategies
• Manage creative agencies and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns

3 Product Launch & Go-To-Market (GTM)

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Regional teams to develop launch strategies
• Oversee branding materials, communication toolkits, and launch events
• Ensure alignment between global strategy and local execution

4 Brand Performance & Market Analysis

• Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, consideration, preference, NPS)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Use consumer insights and data analytics to optimize brand strategies

5 Budget & Stakeholder Management

• Manage brand marketing budget and ROI tracking
• Align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling
• Present strategic updates to senior leadership

💼 What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of brand management or marketing experience (automotive experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of brand building and integrated marketing communications
• Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Fluent in English, French.
• Experience in EV or smart mobility sector
• Experience working in global or multi-market environments
• Strong agency management experience
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and data analytics platforms.
