Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Group Ancillaries Coaching Manager to drive ancillary revenue and counter-sales performance across multiple countries and brands. This role sits in the HQ Group Operations team, with an emphasis on field coaching and Train the Trainer programs to ensure consistent execution of group strategy.

You will travel extensively (60%+), partner with country teams, and mentor local leadership to optimize customer value while maintaining high service standards in

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); other European languages a strong advantage.
• Driving licence mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Conduct frequent on-site Train the Trainer and field coaching visits (min 3 per week).
• Coach and observe local leaders coaching counter sales teams; provide actionable feedback.
• Deliver on-site sessions for Revenue & Performance Coaches, Station Managers and Supervisors.
• Train teams to analyze KPIs and identify revenue opportunities.
