Job summary

4flow is seeking a senior AI/ML Architect to lead the architectural vision for AI and machine learning across distributed teams in Europe and India. You will design scalable, secure AI systems that respect data sovereignty and privacy, and shape product direction through clear storytelling to management.

You will mentor engineers, champion best practices, evaluate AI tools and frameworks, and stay ahead of emerging trends to drive innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in system design and architecture with ≥4 years in AI/ML architecture.
• Experience building scalable AI frameworks and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of ML/DL and LLMOps practices.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks; familiar with Hugging Face.

To be successful in this position, we believe you should possess the following attributes:

• Around 8 years of experience in system design and architecture, including at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture
• Proven expertise in building and scaling agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• A deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning and LLMOps practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face
• Experience in mentoring cross-functional teams and leading technical projects from concept to production deployment
• Ability to distinguish between AI hype and high-impact business use cases
