Air Liquide is seeking a Staff Engineer for Digital & IT to architect the future of AI across the organization. You will define long-term technical strategies, govern AI solutions, and lead cross-functional teams in high-impact projects.

You will mentor engineers, shape Data & Knowledge Management frameworks including knowledge graphs, and drive architectural governance to accelerate AI adoption within value streams such as Customer Care and Global Business Services.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience in system and solution design and architecture.
• Proficiency in SDLC and building scalable, robust, high-performance architectures.
• Expertise in data and knowledge management frameworks and knowledge graphs.
• Strong governance skills with ADRs, policies, and architectural documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Architect the future AI strategy and foundational solutions for Air Liquide.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-impact AI architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and serve on the Local TADA technical committee.
• Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
