Job summary

Air Liquide Digital & IT seeks a Staff Engineer to architect the future of AI, leading cross-functional teams and shaping scalable governance for data, AI and cloud platforms. You’ll define strategic roadmaps, mentor engineers, and drive initiatives across value streams with emphasis on Customer Care and Operations.

The role demands 8+ years in system design, advanced knowledge of knowledge management, data architectures, and ADR practices, plus a track record of delivering production-grade AI

Qualifications

• 8+ years in System and Solution Design and Architecture.
• Proficiency in SDLC and scalable, robust architectures.
• Expertise in Data & Knowledge Management, Knowledge Graphs.
• Experience with ADRs, architectural governance and policy definition.
• Proven ability to deliver production-grade AI architectures at scale.
• Broad knowledge of Cloud and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead complex AI solutions across value streams.
• Define long-term technical strategies and governance frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and participate in technical committees.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.
• Support risk management and continuous improvement efforts.
