99ads LTD is seeking a Senior DTC Creative Strategist fluent in French and English to lead high‑impact social ad campaigns for global DTC brands. You will blend creative concepting with data‑driven strategy, guiding editors and designers to deliver video ads for TikTok and Meta that maximize ROI.

Fully remote with flexible hours, the role values leadership, attention to detail and the ability to turn vision into compelling briefs and campaigns for an international client base.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English (C1 and above - written and verbal).
• At least 3+ years experience in Online Advertising (specifically related to video ads for TikTok and Meta for DTC/e-commerce brands).
• Experience working at a performance marketing/creative agency or in house for a brand is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of the creative and production process (creative editor, content creator, creative producer).
• Copywriting, video scriptwriting, and creative brief writing experience is preferable.
• Experience leading a creative team (editors, designers) is highly advantageous.
