Lithosquare, based in Paris, is seeking a Geologist for a hybrid role combining field work (approx. 20%) and office-based activities (80%). You will support field campaigns and contribute to data compilation, targeting, and QA/QC across our exploration portfolio.

You will collaborate with senior geologists, data scientists, and AI engineers to advance AI-assisted exploration tools while delivering clear technical deliverables and maps for internal and partner reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mineral exploration geology experience.
• Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences; foundations in metallogeny, structural geology, or geochemistry.
• First field exposure with willingness to spend significant time in the field.
• Fluency in English required; experience with international exchanges is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Field execution & support across exploration programs.
• Lead geological data entry, compilation, and QA/QC processes.
• Office work: data interpretation, targeting, reporting, GIS mapping.
• Bridge geology & AI: test and refine Lithosquare's AI platform.
• Prepare technical summaries, data visualizations, and maps for reviews.
