Lithosquare is seeking a Geologist to join a hybrid role based in Paris, combining fieldwork (about 20%) with office work (80%). You will support field campaigns, compile data, and contribute to QA/QC across the exploration portfolio, while collaborating with data scientists and AI engineers.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in mineral exploration geology, a geology degree, and a data-driven mindset with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mineral exploration geology.
• Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
• First significant field exposure with willingness to spend significant field time.
• Data-driven, rigorous with QA/QC and data management.
• Familiarity with GIS (QGIS, ArcGIS) and/or geological modelling software is a plus.
• Fluency in English with international exchanges.
• Valid driver’s license (Permis B) is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Support field exploration programs including reconnaissance, sampling, and drilling support.
• Lead geological data entry, compilation, and QA/QC across projects.
• Assist with data interpretation, targeting, and technical reporting.
• Collaborate with AI and tech teams to align tools with field realities.
• Prepare technical summaries, maps, and data visualizations for reviews.
