Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants seeks a General Manager for a 5-star luxury resort in French Polynesia. The role is hands-on, overseeing the entire property and driving exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should have resort experience with upscale brands and F&B exposure. Salary up to USD 200K plus a 30% bonus and service charge, with accommodation and car provided.

Our client, a global luxury brand seeks a General Manager for their 5 star luxury Resort in French Polynesia having several restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, etc.

You should have resort experience, i.e. Mauritius, Maldives, Bermuda and Seychelles, etc. along with some experience in Food & Beverage is highly preferred.

You must have worked with a recognized upscale luxury brand or an independent Leading Hotels of the World standard property.

This important role is a “hands on” position and you will be required to manage and oversee the resort.

This individual must have a keen eye for details and is extremely "guest" oriented.

Strong communication and leadership skills are important for this role.

Salary: up to USD 200K (with bonus 30% and service charge included), accommodation and car provided.
