GenAI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Following end-to-end delivery of GenAI shared assets within designated workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinating with business units, Program manager, Business Analyst, Product owner, data scientists, AI engineers, and country teams to gather requirements, managing expectations.
• Asset Design & Development: Overseeing the planning and designing of GenAI assets.
• Implementation & Scaling: Driving the deployment of assets across multiple countries, ensuring consistent application and integration into existing processes.
• Timeline & Resource Management: Developing detailed project plans, allocating resources efficiently, and monitoring progress to meet strict deadlines before year-end.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identifying potential risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensuring project success.
• Reporting & Governance: Providing regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements. Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
• Continuous Improvement: Capturing lessons learned and best practices to refining processes and improving future asset development initiatives.

Compétences techniques

• Expertise on Generative AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Expertise in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry or related sectors (claims, underwriting, health) is advantageous.
