Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a GenAI Engineer to own and evolve its internal AI platform while advising IT teams across the group. You will manage production-grade AI services, integration with MCP servers, and next‑wave tools to enable GenAI across the enterprise.

You will define standards for AI development lifecycle, support tool adoption, and ensure security, GDPR compliance, and scalable multi‑BU deployments in a distributed, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend / full-stack with 2+ years in GenAI/LLM in production.
• Experience deploying AI platforms on cloud (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of GDPR, EU AI Act, and multi‑BU environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal AI platform roadmap, updates, and new integrations.
• Ensure production platform reliability, security, and performance.
• Design and deploy business AI agents with access controls.
• Manage LLM integration layer: routing, guardrails, quotas, cost.
• Lead multi-tenant architecture with per‑BU scope.
• Operate MCP servers and connectors (Jira/Confluence; SharePoint upcoming).
• Define and roll out AIDLC standards and support GenAI tooling adoption.
• Act as GenAI technical reference: architecture, security, compliance.
