Databricks is seeking a Product Specialist - Gen AI (Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect) to be a deep technical expert in Gen AI and ML, helping customers deploy agentic AI systems on the Lakehouse platform.

You will work with Product Management and the EMEA Field Engineering teams to bridge technical groups and drive Gen AI adoption across the region. Located in Paris or Amsterdam, you will own enablement, guide enterprise Gen AI use cases, and translate research into production-grade AI

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI and Deep Learning solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM post-training beyond fine-tuning: SFT, RLHF/RLAIF, or policy optimization.
• Ability to advise customers on GenAI and Deep Learning architectures and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver thought leadership in Gen AI best practices for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Drive adoption of Gen AI across EMEA with sales and FE leaders.
• Influence product strategy by providing data-driven perspectives to Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide guidance for large-scale enterprise Gen AI scenarios as a trusted technical advisor.
• Collaborate with key customers on Gen AI use-cases to translate research into production-grade AI apps.
