Databricks is seeking a Product Specialist - Gen AI (Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect) to serve as a deep technical expert in Gen AI and ML, bridging Product Management and Field Engineering across EMEA. You will influence product strategy and help customers deploy agentic AI systems within the Lakehouse paradigm.

You will report to the Sr. Director Product Specialists Databricks Field Engineering and can be located in Paris or Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering production-grade Generative AI and Deep Learning solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern DL: Transformer architectures, PyTorch, distributed/multi-GPU training.
• Experience with LLM post-training methods (SFT, RLHF/RLAIF, or policy optimization).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Spark and cloud platforms; customer-facing/pre-sales experience is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Deliver thought leadership on Gen AI best practices for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to the EMEA technical community and beyond.
• Work with sales and FE leaders to drive Gen AI adoption across EMEA.
• Provide data-driven input to Product and Engineering to influence product strategy and priorities for customer Gen AI use-cases.
