GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Lean Manager for the Gas Value Stream to drive operational transformation and embed Lean/TPS in manufacturing. Lead Kaizen, BIQ, and capability building across multiple sites, including technical teams and site leadership.

Role emphasizes strong coaching, problem-solving, and standardization across a global gas network. Remote-friendly with relocation support and a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Significant Lean Manufacturing experience in complex industrial/heavy manufacturing.
• Hands-on TPS principles (laminar flow, Jidoka, pull/Kanban, TPM, single-piece flow).
• Experience with lean innovations such as Moonshine systems and Karakuri-based automation.
• Strong ability to influence, coach, and drive cultural transformation across multi-site organizations.

Responsabilités

• Driving Lean Transformation: Deploy Lean strategy across Gas manufacturing facilities per operational priorities and Global Supply Chain standards.
• Leading High-Impact Kaizen Events: Plan and execute Kaizen events focused on flow, lead time, productivity, and defect elimination.
• Coaching & Capability Building: Build Lean capability with site leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Advancing Built-In Quality (BIQ): Deploy BIQ to embed defect prevention via standardized work and process control.
• Scaling Best Practices: Standardize and deploy best practices across Gas sites to accelerate Lean maturity.
