GE Vernova seeks a Systems & Products Value Analyst to support cost improvement and productivity across the Hydro value chain, collaborating with Value Managers and functional experts to pilot cost-saving initiatives from ideation to execution.

The role requires analytical excellence, experience in productivity programs, and proficiency with ERP, Excel, and Power BI; you will help build roadmaps, measure savings, and promote cross-functional collaboration with ITO and OTR stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in productivity improvement, cost-reduction programs, cost forecasting, or operational excellence in industrial sectors.
• Strong data-analysis skills with ability to interpret complex financial and operational metrics.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and develop deep understanding of Hydro systems and products to identify productivity improvement levers.
• Support cost-saving initiatives across the value chain from ideation to implementation.
• Participate in ideation workshops with Value Managers and functional experts to identify inefficiencies and generate cost-saving ideas.
• Propose business cases for savings initiatives with support from Value Managers and experts.
• Help build roadmaps and action plans to deploy savings initiatives in projects and tenders.
• Collaborate with productivity champions to ensure progress to implementation.
• Measure saving impacts on spending to demonstrate productivity in execution.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration across ITO and OTR stakeholders.
