Job summary

H&S Energy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will greet customers, handle transactions at the POS, and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented store environment.

You will communicate promotions and product recommendations, assist with food and beverage stations as needed, and support safety, cleanliness, and merchandise presentation. High school diploma preferred; prior retail or service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• CPR and First Aid training a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations to enhance customer engagement.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Stock shelves, maintain store presentation, and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature guidelines where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and assist with safety procedures.
