• Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and handles change according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and keeps the store organized and clean.
• Ensures safety, adheres to labor laws, policies and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
