  • Lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from business requirements and solution design through implementation, adoption, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure initiatives have clear objectives, appropriate governance, realistic delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure that new technology is successfully adopted by the organization, partnering with business stakeholders on process design, change management, communications, training, and user adoption.
  • Partner closely with HR leadership to establish a technology strategy that supports the employee lifecycle and the organization's evolving workforce needs. • Continuously evaluate opportunities to simplify HR processes, automate manual activities, improve employee self-service, strengthen data quality, and provide HR leaders with reliable information for workforce decision-making.
  • Provide similar strategic technology leadership to Legal and Procurement, ensuring that each function has scalable systems and efficient processes to support its evolving needs. This includes legal operations, contract lifecycle management, matter management, document management, workflow automation, and related technology capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize processes, improve data quality, automate workflows, and integrate these capabilities into the broader enterprise technology environment.
  • Ensure that G&A applications operate within the company's technology, security, privacy, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity, Privacy, Legal, Compliance, Quality, and other stakeholders, the Director will ensure that appropriate controls are incorporated into application design, access management, change management, vendor relationships, and ongoing operations.
  • Manage strategic relationships with software providers, implementation partners, consultants, and managed-service providers supporting the G&A portfolio.
  • Establish an appropriate balance between internal resources and external expertise while ensuring that critical business and technology knowledge remains within the organization.
  • Maintain accountability for the reliable day-to-day operation of the G&A application portfolio. This includes establishing appropriate service expectations, monitoring application performance, addressing incidents, driving root-cause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution of business-impacting issues.
  • Work closely with Infrastructure & Operations, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, and other IT organizations to ensure that G&A solutions align with enterprise technology standards and can be effectively supported throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead and develop the G&A IT team and associated contractors, consultants, and external partners.
