Job summary

Relay is seeking a hands-on full-stack engineer with a strong security mindset to own production security systems. You will work with the Head of Security to harden flows, build auditable controls, and ship secure features end-to-end.

The role emphasizes automation, monitoring, and rapid incident response across multi-chain transactions. You will collaborate with product teams to threat-model new features, implement risk controls, and extend Vigil for evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full-stack engineering with production responsibility.
• Security-focused software development background.
• Experience with security reviews and threat modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own security production systems end to end.
• Partner with product engineers to ship secure features.
• Maintain Vigil auditing tool and detect/screen threats.
• Build detection and response loops, monitoring, and on-call readiness.
• Collaborate on mitigations like private submission and routing changes.
