Tranched Global Ltd. is seeking a senior blockchain engineer to develop and deploy enterprise-grade, Ethereum-integrated services and robust Web3 applications.

You’ll contribute to transaction indexing and automated contract deployment, while maintaining high security and code quality standards. You will collaborate across the stack, participate in architecture decisions, and support back-end and smart contract development in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy enterprise-grade blockchain-integrated services including transaction indexers and automated contract deployment systems.
• Build performant Web3 applications using TypeScript that deploy and interact with financial products on Ethereum.
• Develop monitoring and reporting systems aligned with institutional client needs, particularly transaction indexing services.
• Establish and enforce code quality standards and documentation protocols.
• Embed security practices across the stack for reliability and protection.
• Participate in end-to-end product architecture decisions as a team.
• Support team members across back-end and smart contract development as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy enterprise-grade blockchain-integrated services including transaction indexers and automated contract deployment systems that are critical to Tranched's success.

Build performant and robust Web3 applications using TypeScript that deploy and interact with cutting-edge financial products running on Ethereum.

Develop monitoring and reporting systems aligned with institutional client needs, particularly transaction indexing services.

Establish and enforce comprehensive code quality standards and documentation protocols in accordance with enterprise software development practices.

Embed best security practices at all layers of the stack to ensure institutional-grade reliability and protection.

Participate in the end-to-end product architecture process where critical technical decisions are made collaboratively as a team.

Support team members and contribute across various areas including back-end and smart contract development as needed.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

Strong experience with Web3 client technologies (Viem.js), Ethereum tooling (Foundry, Hardhat), and transaction indexing solutions.

Security-first mindset with deep understanding of blockchain security considerations and best practices.

Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for robust deployment processes.

Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Nice to have

Experience with enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructure and institutional client requirements.

Experience in a fintech / banking environment.

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools for blockchain applications.
