The FSE III CMP role is a full-time, flexible location France or Germany, responsible for supporting customers using Amtech CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) and related semiconductor equipment. This role involves installing, commissioning, and qualifying equipment at customer facilities, performing routine and complex preventive maintenance, and diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting, train customer personnel on proper operation and maintenance, and document service activities, reports, and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with engineering and product teams on recurring issues, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining strong customer relationships through timely, professional service.
