Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will join a delivery team and partner with a Deployment Strategist to deliver production-ready solutions from day one.

The role spans configuration, customization, and full-stack deployment with measurable business impact. Expect to work on AI-powered development, collaborate with senior engineers, own end-to-end components, and contribute to proofs-of-concept

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI/LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on with APIs and data integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and experiences deployed in production.
• Design prompts, reasoning, and tool calls for agents.
• Own components end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
• Build data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Create dashboards and KPI reports to monitor deployments.
