Strong French (France) fluency and excellent English writing are essential. Attention to detail, disciplined rubric use, and careful listening are valued.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native French as spoken in France.
• Strong English reading and writing.
• Disciplined rubric application with consistent judgments.
• Prior transcription, subtitling, localization, localization, or QA experience is a strong signal.
• Careful listening and ability to distinguish similar sounds in continuous speech.

Responsabilités

• Listen, judge and submit judgments with written reasons.
• Tag all applicable error codes and explain why each decision passed or failed.
• Highlight critical errors first for reader clarity.
• Complete calibration phase before production work begins.
