Obsidian is seeking native or near-native French speakers to audit AI training data in their language. You will work on two audit collections: Multilingual Transcription Audit and Forced Alignment Audit, applying a fixed error-code rubric and writing clear rationale for each judgment.

Strong English reading and writing are required, and disciplined rubric application is essential. Prior transcription or linguistics background is a plus; training calibration will be provided before production

Qualifications

• Native or near-native command of French as spoken in France with five+ years residence or origin in region.
• Strong English reading and writing abilities.
• Disciplined rubric application and consistent judgment across many tasks.
• Careful listening to distinguish similar sounds and identify word boundaries.
• Prior AI data annotation, model evaluation, or linguistics background is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Listen to audio, judge accuracy, and tag applicable error codes with clear rationale.
• Submit judgments with reasons, focusing on exceptions and calibration criteria.
• Complete calibration phase before production work and maintain consistent standards.
