Cross Border Talents is seeking a fluent French-speaking customer advisor to join our remote team supporting a leading European telecommunications provider from Greece.

This 12-month contract includes relocation, return flights every 6 months, onboarding training, and a remote work setup in Greece with a base salary and performance bonuses.

You will handle inbound calls and emails in French, troubleshoot, and spot cross-sell opportunities while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (native or C1).
• Good English skills (minimum B2).
• Experience in customer service, technical support or sales is valued.

Responsabilités

• Assist French-speaking customers via inbound calls and emails regarding technical support (Internet, TV, fiber-optic services) and billing/account management.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and guide customers toward quick resolutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to recommend new products, upgraded plans, or contract renewals.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience.
