French-Speaking Project Manager — Payments

Global Payments is seeking a Project Manager fluent in French to lead customer projects from onboarding through delivery. You will be the central resource for internal teams and clients, translating scopes into actionable plans and milestones while maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders in both French and English.

You will manage multiple projects, run regular status meetings, flag risks, and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent French is essential.
• Create and maintain clear project plans from inception to live, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead weekly PM calls with all relevant stakeholders and align actions with the customer.
• Partner with the customer Project Manager to agree actions, tasks and timelines.
• Provide regular updates to the commercial team and leadership on project status, risks and escalations.
• Conduct retrospective assessments at project conclusions and feed lessons learned into the risk register.
• Demonstrate fluency in French and English throughout communications.
