Job summary

Forbes Travel Guide is seeking an Executive Trainer (Western Europe - French Speaking) based in Western Europe. The role requires extensive training delivery in hospitality, strong public speaking and excellent English and French communication.

You will represent Forbes Travel Guide standards across luxury hotel, restaurant, spa and cruise sectors and travel internationally. The position is a contract role with minimum 50 hours per week and 7+ years of experience in learning and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in training or learning and development.
• Excellent fluency in English and French with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality industry with luxury segment knowledge.
• Willingness to travel internationally for training sessions.
• Ability to interact with clients at director level or above.

Responsibilities

• Perform a defined number of training sessions to hospitality clients worldwide.
• Conduct training to client properties to represent Forbes Travel Guide standards for hotel, restaurant, spa and cruise ratings.
• Coordinate with clients to determine agenda and logistics for trainings.
• Facilitate sessions with diverse groups and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support follow-up consultations to identify future training needs and retain business.
• Handle various administrative tasks.
