Job summary

TransPerfect is currently looking for English language trainers in Lille and Lyon (or nearby area), to join our team of English language professionals on site. As an English language trainer with TransPerfect, you will deliver language classes to our clients from a variety of sectors and cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Main Objectives

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective training
• Be prepared to develop complementary course materials to meet learners' needs
• Assess language levels
• Engage learners in the learning process and keep motivation levels high
• Monitor progress and evaluate learners' performance throughout the course
• Take part in TransPerfect's Language Trainer development plans and additional training

Education and Experience

• Native or native proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching English

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the corporate business environment
