Cross Border Talents seeks a native or fluent French speaker for a remote role supporting a leading European telecom provider. You will assist French-speaking customers from Greece, handling technical support and billing while guiding them to quick resolutions.

You will be paid €1,045.72 gross per month plus quarterly bonuses up to €900 and a monthly productivity bonus up to €240, with a 12‑month contract and onboarding training. EU work rights required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (native or C1) required.
• Good English skills (minimum B2) for training and support.

Responsabilités

• Assist French-speaking customers via inbound calls and emails regarding technical support and billing/account management.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and guide customers toward quick resolutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to recommend new products, upgraded plans, or contract renewals.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience.

• Troubleshoot technical inquiries and guide customers toward quick resolutions.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to recommend new products, upgraded plans, or contract renewals.
• Deliver a professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (Native or C1 level).
• Good English skills (Minimum B2 level for training and support).
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or sales is highly valued.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with mobile/telecom devices.
• Valid EU Passport or legal right to work in the EU/Greece.
