Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Athens to support a global user base with empathy and accuracy. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in French (C2) and English (B2).

• Familiarity with products and community standards (training will be provided).

• Work Schedule: Monday Sunday 09.00 19.00 (8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotative shifts)
