Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a global user community from Athens, Greece. You will handle inquiries with empathy, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with community standards.

The role requires fluent French (C2) and English (B2), a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to analyze data to improve workflows. Relocation assistance is offered for candidates outside Greece.

• Work Schedule: Monday Sunday 09.00 19.00 (8 hours per day, 5 days per week with rotative shifts)
