Job summary

Alan is hiring across France for a Social Media & Content Specialist to own the France editorial line and organic social presence. You will craft content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more, writing hooks, scripts, captions, and editing videos.

You’ll collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams to turn insights into compelling content. You’ll build the editorial calendar, define content pillars (prevention, health tips, product, employer brand), plan posting

Qualifications

• Hands-on social media experience across formats (short video, carousels, copy).
• Portfolio of content created across formats and platforms.
• Experience on at least two of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Fluent written French with strong English or other language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the France editorial line and social voice for Alan.
• Build and run editorial calendar, pillars, and posting cadence per platform.
• Create social-first content weekly: scripts, captions, videos, visuals.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams.
• Plan social for brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Engage the community by replying to comments and messages.
