SharkNinja in Paris seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own demand generation with the Amazon Advertising ecosystem across France and Benelux. You’ll drive strategy, content, optimization, and measurement to deliver growth and a seamless customer journey.

The role partners with cross-functional teams and external agencies to create data-driven campaigns, optimize budgets, and push incremental performance while ensuring brand and customer-centric experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Amazon Digital Marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent French and English.
• Deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem, including DSP, PPC, Sponsored Ads, and AMC.
• Proven experience with AMC or working closely with analytics teams to activate data insights into media strategy.
• High analytical acumen with strong data storytelling skills; able to build a narrative from numbers.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategic roadmap for Amazon paid media, aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns with agency partners across Amazon DSP, AMS and emerging Amazon formats.
• End to End accountability for performance across the Amazon Media funnel from awareness to conversion to repurchase.
• Obsess over performance dashboards, track KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Live in the data: use AMC, Retail Analytics, and internal BI to find opportunities and scale winners.
• Own and optimise media budgets, ensuring efficiency, growth, and ROI.
• Partner with content, creative and UX teams to test messaging, imagery, and landing experiences.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor tactics; shape how SharkNinja shows up on Amazon.
• Direct external agencies and partners with clear objectives, KPIs, and performance thresholds.
• Work hand-in-glove with Amazon sales, content, brand, creative, and regional/global media teams.
• Run a continuous test-and-learn agenda across audiences, creatives, placements, and formats.
