BlueView Talent is seeking a Content Reviewer to review and evaluate user-generated content for policy compliance, safeguarding online communities, and upholding platform integrity. The role emphasizes detail, judgment, and cross-team collaboration to ensure safe and respectful environments.

The position requires fluency in French and English (EU eligibility or Portuguese residency), with relocation assistance provided and onsite opportunities in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented and eager to learn in Travel field

Responsabilités

• Review user-generated content according to policies and guidelines
• Apply moderation standards consistently to make accurate decisions
• Manage user appeals and content-related requests professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality
• Identify emerging trends and flag potentially harmful or suspicious activity
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to procedures
• Provide feedback to improve moderation processes and tools
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive content
• Keep up to date with policy changes and training
