Global People Sphere is hiring a Short Video Content Moderator (French) in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review user-generated content to enforce community guidelines and maintain a safe online environment.

The role requires fluent French and English, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with rotating shifts in a multicultural setting. Training is provided, and a Portuguese contract applies.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1+)
• English proficiency at least B1+
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
• Experience in moderation or customer support is a plus

Responsabilités

• Review videos, images, text and audio content
• Remove content that violates platform policies
• Moderate comments, posts and user appeals
• Label and classify content
• Ensure compliance with platform and legal guidelines
• Report recurring moderation trends
• Cooperate with policy and compliance teams on complex cases
