Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Content Reviewer to join our international team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will review and process legal and compliance-related content across major social media and digital platforms.

You'll monitor privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification, upholding high standards of accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French at C2 level and English at B2/B1 depending on project.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Review and process legal content requests related to privacy, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
• Monitor digital activity and ensure compliance with platform policies, legal standards, and regulations.
• Assess potential legal risks and escalate when needed.
• Support business objectives by implementing effective online compliance strategies.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
