Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Content Reviewer to join an international team in Lisbon. The role focuses on reviewing and handling legal and compliance-related content across major social media and digital platforms.

You will work on privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and other compliance topics while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. A relocation package is available for candidates moving to Portugal.

Qualifications

• French C2 and English B2 or B1 (depending on project)
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and adaptability

Responsabilités

• Review and process legal content requests related to privacy, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
• Monitor digital activity and ensure compliance with platform policies, legal standards, and regulations.
• Assess potential legal risks and escalate when needed.
• Support business objectives by implementing effective online compliance strategies.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
