Life Science Hires is seeking an experienced freelance RPO Recruiter for European projects in life sciences. This embedded role partners with client teams to deliver end-to-end recruitment, focusing on R&D, regulatory, quality, and manufacturing profiles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruitment experience in life sciences.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience recruiting specialist life sciences profiles.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Self-employed status and professional indemnity insurance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment on RPO projects for leading life sciences companies.
• Recruit specialist talent across R&D, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs and other scientific roles.
• Work as an embedded recruitment partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders.
• Build strong talent pipelines and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Represent Life Science Hires and our clients with professionalism and credibility.
