Qonto is seeking a Freelance Full-Stack Engineer to build one of its first internal applications, the People platform, serving 1,700+ Qontoers. You will own architecture from design to production, combining React front-end with a Go back-end, while integrating AI-enabled features to streamline HR workflows.

You will collaborate with Mélodie and Sébastien to co-define product vision, run user discovery, and ensure robust security and compliance throughout development and deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering experience delivering production apps end-to-end with sensitive data.
• Experience shaping product requirements through user discovery and iteration.
• Ability to design architecture with GDPR, access-control, and data residency in mind.

Responsabilités

• Ship the People platform MVP by December 2026 with React frontend and Go backend.
• Co-define the product vision and roadmap with the People Systems lead.
• Design secure, compliant systems from day one. Ensure data governance and residency requirements are met.
• Leverage AI tooling daily to accelerate delivery and add real business value.
• Document work, train users, and enable long-term ownership after the mission ends.
