Alan, a health prevention and insurance tech leader, is seeking a Software Engineer to join a mission-driven team in France. You will work on employee affiliation, payroll tooling, and cross-system integrations across several countries, contributing to scalable, reliable software.

You should be comfortable with backend and full-stack work, hands-on with Python/Flask, React, and PostgreSQL, and capable of turning complex insurance and payroll workflows into simple, robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Software engineers of all experience levels are welcome.
• Backend and full-stack experience preferred.
• Ability to handle insurance and payroll domain complexity.
• Experience building scalable B2B systems.
• Proficient in OOP languages and modern web technologies.

• Engineer our employee affiliation engine: reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily.
• Simplify payroll and billing: craft tools that HR teams love.
• Build seamless integrations: connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things “just work.”
• Automate workflows at scale: adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries.
• Make billing delightful: ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage.
• Collaborate across teams: partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience.
