Qonto is seeking a Fraud Analyst for the German market to protect customers by detecting and preventing fraud across transactions and products. You will join a newly formed fraud team focused on safeguarding German customers from scams and fraudulent activities.

You will monitor transactions, conduct risk assessments for new features, and investigate cases while collaborating with Risk and AML teams to enhance detection capabilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in fraud detection, AML, or a similar field.
• Bilingual in English and German.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and counterparties.
• Learning mindset, openness to feedback, and a self‑propelled approach to improvement.

• Monitor and analyse transactions to detect fraud patterns, focusing on scams, phishing attempts, and account takeover activities.
