Executive Committee & Reporting to the MD France

We are a market-leading, high-growth business entering the next phase of our development in France. We are looking for a Strategy Director to join the France Executive Committee and play a central role in shaping the company’s strategic agenda, accelerating value creation and translating ambition into measurable business impact.

Strategy + Transformation + Execution

Working closely with the Managing Director France and the wider leadership team, the Strategy Director will combine strategic perspective with hands‑on execution. The role will operate across the full business, acting at the intersection of strategy, transformation and execution, leading critical enterprise priorities and helping the organisation translate ambition into measurable business impact. The Strategy Director will lead and further develop an established strategy team, working closely with the Managing Director, the France Executive Committee and functional leaders across the business.

This role requires intellectual rigour, commercial curiosity and a strong ownership mindset. This is a highly visible position for a leader who can structure complex questions, influence senior stakeholders and mobilise cross‑functional teams, while maintaining the pace, ownership and execution discipline required in a high‑growth business.
