F5 in France is seeking a Sr. Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead the Solutions Engineering team, drive technical sales, and ensure the SE organization scales to meet ambitious goals.

You will manage performance, recruit talent, and shape strategic objectives while upholding ethics and ensuring customer-focused delivery. The role requires a BS/BA, several years in SE leadership, strong networking knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience.
• A number of years' experience managing technical SEs in a management role.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technologies.
• Self-motivated and have the ability to persuade direct reports and others outside the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization.
• Fluent English - verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly report violations.
• Manage the French SE team, including performance evaluations, PTO approvals, and delegations.
• Define core FY objectives, strategy and priorities for Engineers for the assigned SE Team.
• Collaborate with management to plan headcounts quarterly and yearly for scalability.
• Manage candidate recruitments in collaboration with HR.
• Develop and organize SE organization to meet goals including technical and professional development.
• Develop and maintain an effective SE partner plan with PS, support, Marketing, PM, etc.
• Scale the SE organization to meet/exceed objectives and retention goals.
• Identify market trends and communicate to PM/PD and sales teams.
• Ensure customer focus and drive product requirements and business units.
• Present F5 strategy, solution messaging and roadmap to customers/partners.
• Provide product feasibility analysis to support sales efforts.
• Handle post-sales issues and escalation with support teams.
