F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage the Solutions Engineering team in France with a focus on technical sales. You’ll establish objectives, work plans, delegate assignments, and ensure the SE organization meets company goals.

The role requires steering headcounts, recruiting with HR, and delivering programs to scale the team while promoting customer success and market growth.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience.
• Several years’ experience managing technical SEs in a management role.
• Strong networking knowledge and applications delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent English – verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the France Solutions Engineering team.
• Define objectives, strategy and headcount plans.
• Develop and maintain an effective SE partner plan with PS, support and marketing.
• Ensure the SE organization is scalable to meet goals and objectives.
• Present F5 strategy and roadmap to customers and partners.
