We are currently looking for Sales Planning & Operations Manager for France, the details Job responsibilities as below:

Who You Are:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Planning & Operations Manager to join our France team. This is a critical role ensuring our stock levels, demand forecasts, and that the order plans align with business targets + reports. You will be the key link between sales, operations, procurement, the HQ, the factory and the distributors ensuring optimal product availability while minimizing excess inventory and reporting all processes in a efficient and structured way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Forecasting & Planning: Lead sales demand forecasting and operational sales planning for the French market, aligning volume targets with market demand and promotional campaigns.
• Order & Allocation Management: Manage the end-to-end vehicle ordering pipeline, production requests, and allocation process across the dealer network to meet retail demand.
• Inventory Control & Stock Management: Monitor network stock levels, vehicle port inventory, and aging stock; implement actionable measures to ensure healthy turnover and mitigate inventory holding costs.
• Supply Chain & HQ Coordination: Serve as the primary operational liaison between local dealers, European supply chain teams, and Global HQ to ensure smooth logistics execution and timely vehicle delivery.
• Sales Analytics & Performance Reporting: Analyze sales performance, order conversion rates, pipeline health, and market trends; prepare executive monthly and quarterly sales operations reports.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in automotive sales planning, sales operations, or supply chain allocation with an Automotive OEM, Importer, or National Sales Company (NSC).
• Core Competencies: Strong analytical, quantitative, and data forecasting capabilities, with extensive experience in order pipeline management and vehicle inventory control.
• Languages: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• System & Technical Proficiency: Deep proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling/pivot tables) and familiarity with automotive Sales/DMS platforms, ERP, or supply chain planning tools.
• Mindset: Highly organized, proactive problem-solver with strong cross-functional communication and negotiation skills.
