GAC Motor Europe B.V. in Paris is seeking a Sales & Network Development Manager for France to build and lead the dealer network from the ground up.

You will implement the sales and NSC strategy, recruit and onboard dealers, and monitor performance against KPIs to drive market entry success. You will collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales, Supply Chain and Product teams to ensure a seamless market launch and a robust dealer activation plan, with a competitive compensation package and mobility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven automotive sales management or dealer network development experience.
• Background with Automotive OEM, Importer, NSC, or major Dealer Group in France preferred.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation skills and deep commercial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the dealer network expansion strategy in France.
• Lead dealer recruitment, contract negotiations, and onboarding.
• Track dealer sales performance against targets and KPIs.
• Roll out and enforce commercial policies and marketing programs.
• Ensure dealer adherence to brand standards and CSI/CI guidelines.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Aftersales, Supply Chain and Product teams.
