Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Fluent in French and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in building a brand/company from scratch.

Responsabilités

• Oversee vehicle and component quality management.
• Manage supplier qualification and performance assessment.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Establish quality management systems like IATF 16949.
• Analyze field quality data and customer complaints.
